We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • The product is not listed under non-returnable items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used skincare and personal care products.
  • Opened or used LED / Self Care Products.
  • Supplements or consumables that have been opened.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at returns@dynamicrevive.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Await return authorisation and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a tracked delivery service.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • We will process your refund, minus a 10% restocking fee to cover return administration.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • We'll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
